Tips about drawing on black paper
Note: This tutorial is based on my techniques and how I use black paper. I don't have a monopoly on the truth (or anything else for that matter), meaning that those aren't the only valid techniques out there. If you want to work in a different way, use different mediums, etc - do it. If you have been following me for the last few months - or maybe just taken a look at my gallery - you'll know I've drawn quite a lot on black paper recently. Considering this isn't a topic I've seen covered much, the obvious happened - namely, a tutorial on the topic. This tutorial, to be exact. Black paper, you say? It's... well, exactly that. And, like normal paper, there are different brands, different thicknesses, different textures... Most of what you'll find will be relatively similar to your average thicker drawing paper, though, maybe with a bit rougher texture. Some of it is high quality (Canson Mi-Teintes is known to be good, and is the paper I use at the moment), and some is... not. I've

The Perfect X Men Animated Show
I’ve watched a lot of X Men. Seriously, I have watched almost all of the X Men related animated shows by Marvel. I couldn’t get through the 90’s one though. (Please don’t kill me! I’m sorry I’m sorry!) But it’s been about 5 years since the last show ‘Wolverine and the X Men’ ended and the sequel to First Class is coming out soon. I think it is high time some guys at Marvel start planning another series (and make sure it lasts longer than 1 season please!!)
I will probably refer back to all of the X Men shows I have watched (and the 90’s o
Not the shows, per se. I miss making Digimon.
Old followers might remember back the in day when I used to make them.
Jesus, in 8th grade I had some 300-400 fan made Digimon. Granted, they sucked, but I don't think I can forget that.
All that research I did. The mythologies and things I looked into to come up with new ideas. Trying to fit canons together.
God, making Digimon is fun and I miss it. X-Men and mutants are fun, and I love the characters I've created (you guys haven't really seen any) but I miss Digimon. I feel like there's more work that goes into it. And, I dunno, research is fun?
I guess that's why I like doing fan works a l
I am not much of an artist nowadays. I used to draw many years ago until for some unknown and controversial reasons, I had lost my interest in that hobby. Nowadays most of the time I spend here in DA is just saving art from watchers' list and I lurk more than ever. Also, I heard/seen that DeviantArt went through too many changes which became too controversial that some artists had moved to somewhere else but I stopped caring about a lot of things now. I have moved on from art and I lurk more.
As the majority of my watchers are fans of Ginga Nagareboshi Gin and Ginga Densetsu Weed, I have decided to write this fandom survey in this journal for amusement. And not to mention that I can't keep my new years journal long isn't it?
To all Ginga fans:
If you like this survey, you can copy this, edit and post it in your DA journal.

1. When did you first hear about any Yoshihiro-related manga/anime?
I had first heard about Ginga Nagareboshi Gin when I was browsing around Deviantart. However, back in the day, I was looking around in the Chinese comic shop when I saw some Chinese-translated Ginga Densetsu
