Tips about drawing on black paper
Note: This tutorial is based on my techniques and how I use black paper. I don't have a monopoly on the truth (or anything else for that matter), meaning that those aren't the only valid techniques out there. If you want to work in a different way, use different mediums, etc - do it. If you have been following me for the last few months - or maybe just taken a look at my gallery - you'll know I've drawn quite a lot on black paper recently. Considering this isn't a topic I've seen covered much, the obvious happened - namely, a tutorial on the topic. This tutorial, to be exact. Black paper, you say? It's... well, exactly that. And, like normal paper, there are different brands, different thicknesses, different textures... Most of what you'll find will be relatively similar to your average thicker drawing paper, though, maybe with a bit rougher texture.
